GDPR - Policy Document

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires that companies clearly state their policies regarding:

• Data retention period
• Use of data
• Sale of the data
• Contacting individuals

QuestionPro provides default language and details in regard to these policies. We recommend that our customers either adapt or refine their own policy text and state it clearly.

Set up

• Go to: My Account >> Compliance >> GDPR >> Policy

Yes, you can select a default language from the language dropdown. You can either use the default text or edit it according to your requirements. In case of a multilingual survey, we'll display the text in the language selected by the respondent.
